  • How Quickly Will My Account Be Setup

    • All of our orders are automatically screened with several fraud tests to ensure the validity of the order.  Should your order pass these automated tests your new web hosting account will be setup for you in a matter of minutes.  Web hosting orders failing to pass such tests will be subject to a manual review, and at times telephone confirmation.  We ask that you allow up to 12 ours for the creation of your web hosting service.  Should any problems arise, a Hostaga staff member will contact you within this time.

  • Are There Any Setup Or Hidden Fees?
     
    • Never! The price you see listed will be the price you pay for your monthly web hosting service here at Hostaga.  Be sure to make timely payments when your invoices are sent out to avoid a $5 late fee.  The only other fees that exist are those that come along with add-on services, which are clearly detailed for you on the order form and our individual web hosting pages.

  • Do I Have To Commit To An Annual Contract?
     
    • We do not force you into an annual contract on our web hosting services.  You are free to select between month to month payments or annual payments.  We do give you two months for free when you pay for a year - pay for 10 months and get two free.

  • What I Do If I Need More Resources?
     
    • Should you require more bandwidth, space, or any other resources your best option would be to either upgrade your web hosting service to a larger web hosting package.  You may also purchase our "Dev Pack" when ordering or at any time to increase all your resources except bandwidth & space (databases, ftp accounts, subdomains, parked domains) to unlimited.

  • Is Support For Microsoft FrontPage™ Provided?
     
    • We certainly do support MS Frontpage Extensions.  You may very easily enable this support with one very easy click from with your cPanel control panel.

  • Will My Domain Work With & Without "WWW"?
     
    • You can use your cPanel Web Hosting account to host a domain with and with out the www before the domain. "domain.com" & "www.domain.com" will both work.

  • Will I Be Able To Use PHP5?

  • Does Hostaga Provide Windows Based Hosting?
     
    • Hostaga does not currently provide windows based hosting, only hosting on linux based servers.

  • Is Upgrading To A Larger Plan A Difficult Process?
     
    • You may very easily upgrade to a larger web hosting plan.  Just contact our billing team and request an upgrade or downgrade of your web hosting plan.

  • Are Web Hosting Accounts Backed Up?
     
    • We backup all web hosting accounts nightly; however, you should never only rely on our just backups!  The backup we have may not be exactly the one you're looking for.  Ultimately, you are responsible for making sure your data is backed up.  You can very easily backup your full account (databases, settings, emails, and files) using the backup utility in your cPanel hosting panel.

  • Will Hostaga Install A SSL Certificate I Own Already?
     
    • We can install any SSL certificate that you may already own for your domain on your web hosting account.  You must have a dedicated IP address ($2/month) & we charge a one time $10 fee for the installation.

    • Hostaga does not offer a free trial; however, we provide a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee.  Should any part of our service not satisfy you we will provide you with your money back if requested within your first 30 days of web hosting service.
